We have integrated these practices into its 12-step top grading system to ensure that your new hires become loyal employees. This is how we find the best people willing to learn and challenge themselves.

START WITH A GOOD JOB POST

We create a detailed job posting that includes information about the company and what the job requires. To ensure the highest quality candidate pool, we post every job in our network as well as those of our trusted partners.

DO RESUME SCREENING APTLY

All information submitted is checked as soon as it is received. Each candidate is matched against our quality checklist which looks for inconsistencies and professionalism as well as eligibility standards. This is the initial round. Not all candidates will progress to the next stage.

START WITH A BRIEF PHONE SCREENING INTERVIEW

Phone interviews will only be conducted for candidates who pass the initial screening. The phone interview will last no more than 30 minutes. The questions we ask are intended to find out if the candidate is interested in a job or if they want to invest in their career.

FOLLOW UP WITH DETAILED INTERVIEW

The deep dive interview is more focused on the candidate’s abilities, personality, and other attributes. We ask questions to learn about the candidate’s personality, past supervisors’ views, career goals, and potential contributions to the company.

After conducting the interview, we will find out if they have any negative comments about previous companies, job hops, or are not sure about their career.

DO VIDEO INTERVIEW AS REQUIRED

We understand that video interviews can be difficult so we have integrated them into our hiring process. We want to see candidates’ ability to handle situations that are outside of their comfort zones. The words they use to answer questions are as important as body language.

CHAT WITH MANAGER

It is a great option to have tea/coffee with the manager and chat or do it virtually if required. It allows candidates to open up and allow managers to get to know them.

ANALYZE FINDINGS WITH THE TEAMS

All data and notes collected throughout the process are shared with the team at this stage. Each candidate is evaluated by the team members and decided which candidates will go on to the group interview.

DO GROUP INTERVIEW IF REQUIRED

Group interviews are another way to get candidates out of their comfort zones. However, this time there will be more eyes and ears. You’ll be able to see how they interview in a group setting and they will also have to answer questions about core values. We’re looking for content and how they respond to being challenged.

OPTIONAL FEW HOURS OFFICE JOB SHADOW AS REQUIRED

A job shadow gives you a glimpse of how a candidate will fit in with your culture and team, and how they might perform at work. Do they check their phones every ten minutes or less?

Are they asking genuine questions about the things they are experiencing? Are they able to communicate with their team? Also, do they really want the job?

VERIFY CANDIDATE’S REFERENCES

The reference-checking process gives a glimpse into the initiative of each candidate. Each candidate must schedule their references to contact us and follow up to confirm that we have received them. This is not a simple handover of information.

It places the responsibility on others. They have to take responsibility for their references and show that they are personally invested in the process.

BRIEF SESSION WITH THE PRESIDENT

This final moment of gut-check will confirm that you have hired the right candidate. Meeting with the President will confirm that the candidate is aligned with your business.

SEND THE OFFER LETTER

This allows you to make the most of your offer to the right candidate. Each step will be self-selected, but you’re more likely to find the hardworking, fighters and those who are invested in their career.
